Yes, the scientists had, for years, and years, and years, and years, and years (it was a subject of my post a few days ago). The local governments knew it. A large portion of people in the Baton Rouge knew it..... Can someone be more of an ostritch?. There is this thing called science you know.... Hello.... Anybody home?....
